Tyrocol P-20

 A water-borne adhesive based on PVA (polyvinyl acetate). Non-inflammable, nontoxic. Used in the Furniture Industry as a universal glue, with medium open time and medium set time. Especially suitable for hot plate press.

Solids Content: 54.5 +/- 3%
Viscosity Brookfield RVF: 100-250 Poises, at 22 +/- 4ºC
Minimum Temperature for film formation (MTFF): + 8 ºC, aprox.

 Application instructions:

Glueing: One way only.
Sticking: Wet
Open Time: Maximum 7-8 minutes at room temperature 20º C, relative humidity 65%; on standard beech wood sample.
Time under a Pressure: (of 6 kg/cm2 at 20º C on standard beech test sample):
Minimum 15-30 minutes.

 Storage stability: Good for 6 months in a cool and dry place and between +15ºC and 30ºC.
